Today’s Caturday post is about energy, behavior, and the subtle signs that something might be off. 😴 Normal Sleep vs. Lethargy Cats naturally sleep 12–16 hours a day. Older cats may sleep even more. But lethargy is different. It’s not just sleep—it’s a lack of energy, responsiveness, and engagement.
