  In June, Kelly James published her first book with MSI Press, The Book That (Almost) Got Me Fired , and immediately it shot up to #3 on the Amazon's hot new releases list for business humor, where it stayed for most of the past month. Kelly K. James (formerly Kelly James-Enger) “escaped from the law” more than 25 years ago. Since then, the former attorney has been writing for a living — first as a full-time freelance journalist and novelist, segueing into full-time ghostwriting and content writing a few years later.
