• Collect native-language-free examples
• Sort them by tense, mood, or context
• Memorize and practice in chunks

🚦Stop and Check for Interference

• Ask: Am I trying to say this “the way I would in English?”
• If yes, rephrase it using patterns native to the target language

💬 Speak Through Known Templates

For example, instead of struggling to translate “I wish I had known earlier,”
you might use a native pattern like:

“Si yo supiera antes…” (Spanish subjunctive)

🔁 Practice with Monolingual Materials

• Read and listen to content created in the language, for native speakers
• Absorb phrasing and grammatical nuance naturally
