🌁 Why There Is Always Fog Around the Golden Gate Bridge
Every morning, the Golden Gate seems to breathe. Fog gathers like a living veil, wrapping the bridge in mystery. It’s not magic — it’s the meeting of worlds.
Cold ocean air drifts in from the Pacific, heavy with moisture. Warm inland air rises from the valleys beyond. Where they meet, condensation forms — a soft, silver mist. The bridge stands exactly at that threshold, where sea and land, cold and warm, night and day exchange greetings. It is a place of perpetual conversation.
The fog is not a flaw in the weather; it is the visible sign of balance. It reminds us that beauty often lives in tension — between what is seen and unseen, known and unknown. The fog hides the bridge, but it also reveals it anew each day, as if creation were whispering, “Behold, I make all things new.”
So when we ask why there is always fog around the Golden Gate, perhaps the deeper answer is this: because grace gathers where opposites meet. Because the world, even in its physics, knows how to bless the Lord.
