Dive Deeper, Personalize: A Study Guide to A Woman's Guide to Self-Nurturing (Romer)
The MSI Press study guide series is a set of documents/posts prepared by authors to help readers take a deeper dive into and personal look at various MSI books.
Today's study guide is meant to accompany A Woman's Guide to Self-Nurturing by Joanna Romer.

A Woman's Guide to Self-Nurturing offers a new perspective on how to comfort yourself while bolstering self-esteem. Study Guide Questions
1. Are you a Mary or a Martha? Does God love both? Equally? Do some research into apologetics for the passages related to these two women. How do you think you stack up? Is that how you want to stack up? What changes might you want to make? Why and how?
2. How does helping others contribute to your self-nurturing? What examples can give you from your previous experiences? What new experiences would you like to create? Search out mechanisms for creating them.
3. Is there something for which you need to forgive yourself? Explore the events surrounding the act or omission for which you need to forgive yourself. Try to understand what caused the act or omission. What is holding you back from forgiving yourself? What do you need to do to remove that barrier?
4. What fears do you have? Pick one of them? Is it rational? Why or why not? What is causing it? How can you eliminate the cause? Do it! Experiment - is the fear gone?
5. Reflect on your spiritual journey. What have been the general trends? How can you use the trends to identify your mission (if you have not already done so). What can you do now to further your mission?
